We have completed many projects in Cambridge City centre, mostly extensions and refurbishments and most in conservation areas. Because of their location and the targets set by our Clients, the required planning applications had a high degree of complexity but we always came up with imaginative solutions which led to planning consent being granted without compromise.

 

We have an excellent planning record in Cambridge showing no refusals to date. This record is largely informed by a thorough understanding of Local Authorities requirements but also by our very methodical way of carrying out consultations and negotiations with all the parties involved, leaving no room for confusion or misunderstandings.

 

Our Cambridge work is varied, each project being considerably different from the next. This may be partly due to the different nature of each site but also shows our flexibility and ease of working with different styles and conditions to achieve unique, comfortable and very practical environments for our Clients.
