Over the years we have produced numerous feasibility studies for diverse types of developments and buildings for Clients in both the private and public sector. We pride ourselves for being able to deliver our projects in record time and being very thorough in visualizing potential outcomes.We have worked on proposals for the refurbishment and conversion of derelict buildings such as schools, sports facilities, industrial or agricultural facilities. We have extensive work experience with surplus to development greenfield or brownfield sites in public ownership and have for many years advised Local Authorities over the potential of such sites to accommodate future residential or other types of development. On several occasions, we took our proposals through the planning process and successfully secured Full or Outline planning consents.We are very happy to work within the Clients own team of consultants or we can also put together a fresh team of specialized consultants to ensure that the feasibility studies we produce are very well informed and cover all the required aspects. Recently completed feasibility studies commissioned by Peterborough City Council looked at redevelopment options for Northminster (Peterborough City centre), the regeneration of the troubled Pyramid Centre and a scheme for new housing and Community facilities in Fletton.
